Our Process
Understand the process and how we work together to craft your dream kitchen from concept to cuisine.
The journey to create your dream kitchen will take as long as is necessary.
We will go at your pace, no limit how many meetings are needed to get to a decision on a final design. Mark will always aim meet you in person to discuss all elements of the process and ensure that you are completely satisfied before committing to the project.
Each project is individual but the overall process follows a tried and tested method detailed below.
01 CONCEPT
Book a no-obligation consultation with Mark in your home by What’s Apping or emailing Mark on 07594 605 922 or mark@rightsidekitchens.co.uk.
1st concept meeting to thoroughly discuss and understand your requirements for the project including design styles, potential layouts and products that you would like to consider for your dream kitchen.
Follow up concept meeting (2-3 weeks after) to go through the estimated cost for the project based on the initial discussion. At this stage, no designs would be provided. Should you wish progress further the exciting design stage gets underway.
02 DESIGN
1st design meeting where Mark will take you through his design and will listen to your feedback, likes and dislikes taking on board all amendments that you would like to see.
Follow up design meetings where Mark will carry out further design changes and book further follow up meetings until you are completely satisfied with your design.
Final design approval will be emailed and the total project cost communicated followed by client’s approval to proceed.
Build start date booked with a detailed project schedule drawn up and agreed.
03 BUILD
Meet your friendly installation team with Mark to begin the build and installation phase and understand an additional information.
Mark is regularly onsite to oversee the whole installation and is always available to discuss progress with you.
You’ll be fully updated throughout the whole project either in person, by phone or email, so you’ll have a clear understanding about how the installation will evolve from week-to-week.
04 ENJOY!
Upon completion & handover of the project Mark will continue to offer a first class after-sales service and can be contacted freely to discuss questions that may crop up from time to time.
