Meet Mark Friend-James
Mark started his journey in the kitchen industry at the age of 18 after joining a local company that supplied ready-made kitchens to the trade and retail industry.
25 years on, Mark’s experience in the industry is extensive, from production to design, deliveries, construction and full site project management, both working with individual homeowners to multiple installations on large commercial projects with leading developers throughout the UK.
Rightside Kitchens Ltd was founded at the beginning of 2011 enabling Mark to channel all the knowledge and experience he had gained in the industry into a business that ensures that each and every client truly benefits from his expertise.

Mark’s approach is truly flexible. Through understanding each client’s needs, Mark creates individual kitchen designs selecting products that he trusts and believes in. Having access to a variety of suppliers means that clients have limitless boundaries and can really create a unique kitchen that is both practical and visually outstanding.
Running a small business with a solid team of trustworthy trades that can be called upon, ensures that costs are managed and, with Mark personally project managing each and every job, it reassures our clients that the process from design to installation is in capable and safe hands.
Rightside’s flexibility means that we are able to work across all project sizes from construction of the kitchen space, to supplying a kitchen in a ready-made space. Alternatively you may want to refurbish your existing kitchen which Mark would be happy to discuss and share ideas.
We are not limited to kitchens and utility rooms, we have designed and installed bathrooms, cloakrooms, wardrobes and home offices.

Rightside Kitchens are fully insured and Mark has an accreditation in Site Safety Management, In addition, Mark holds a CSCS card which allows him to work for developers on building sites.
